Kind of tired on this one. Was supposed to run 12k @ 6:20/km. Took me first 4k to warm up, then kept the pace for next 5. Last 3 k felt like a slog but it's all good.
14C Overcast, showers with heavy rain from 5-9km. Tech tshirt, tri shorts, Nathan vest, 1 gel before and 1 gel during (no breakfast). HH water bottle. HRM is still effed up.
