  1. RUN
    good SBR 2.25 mi 00:34 15:16 pace

Intervals, walk 2 run 3. First run outside in months! It was cray hot but I still enjoyed it. Reminded me of why I prefer to run outside instead of on a hamster-mill.

    First "run" since october! Intervals

  3. RUN
    alright 2.1 mi 00:25 12:01 pace

ugh, having to prioritize anatomy studying over running is taking its toll. my 10K on oct 1st is going to be rough! but at least it's race for the cure, so I can get away with a lot of walk br... read more

  4. RUN
    great 3.31 mi 00:37 11:08 pace

Felt so good to get out this morning! It wasn't until after mile 2 that I got into a good groove, but it was nice to have a good pace (for me) that didn't get messed up from walk breaks!

  5. RUN
    2.13 mi 00:26 12:04 pace

first run in a week, wish it could've been longer!

    good 4.26 mi 00:54 12:37 pace

Many short walk breaks were taken. Tomorrow I will try to be out running at 8 and see if it is much less humid. My hamstrings are STILL tight from not stretching after my run Thursday!

  7. RUN
    good 3.01 mi 00:37 12:16 pace

Phew! feels good to burn some calories in the morning before the day gets busy! Now time for strength!

  8. RUN
    alright 3.75 mi 00:51 13:30 pace

This humidity is ridic. Friday I ran at 9 and was OK, but today I was out the door by 8 and could only go about a mile and a half before I had to walk. I think I walked a good 1/4 to 1/3 of the who... read more

Well, originally I was thinking of doing the St.Petersburg/nTampa women's running half because it is only about 40 min north from where I live, but my new reg forms never made it in the mail to the right person! I was kind of slacking on training while in event" limbo" and since I only got everything straightened out this past week, I thought it was kind of a time crunch to try to get up to 13 miles from 3 in like 12 weeks.

Yikes! Sorry to hear you had issues with getting registered, but at least it sounds like it all worked out in the end! I would LOVE to run Disney, so you'll definitely have to let me know how it goes! :)

Disney?? I'm so jealous! :) I've talked to people who have done that one and they said it was a great race, so you should have an awesome time! Good luck with training!
