very nice run Kelly. we have that problem as well. a race of 8000 people and there are walkers who line up at the front then yell at people who are upset at them. go figure

You will break the hour next time, I would out my shirt on it. Still a great run Kelly. Good to see on your blog that you are still running with the Striders, although you don't seem to be logging all your runs on DM.

thats ok bearing in mind the training your putting in. i ran for morpeth harriers many years ago along side the likes of jimmy alder etc and alot of these club runners were knocking in 30 to 50 miles a week and more with speed runs and long steady runs on sundays. if i had been running 30 to 40 miles per week then i would be miffed but i think thats a good knock so be happy and a plus, no injuries so you live to run another day. good luck

I got a grey one- the Forerunner 110 and it's fab. It does exactly what I want it to do: distance, pace and time... no bells and whistles. Paul, I am definitely it's slave. I nearly fell into the road playing with the back light on Saturday's long run!
