It would have been fun to do this together! But, it's good to not overload your schedule. Yes, part of why I write down all my exercises is to remind me of everything I can do on my own. Most of it all just requires my body, a mat and some free weights! I am taking summer off because of kids' schedules and I'm going to do a mix of running and 'homemade' bootcamps. Let me know if you ever want to work out together!

Hey Jay! Last week of bootcamp and then I've got runs planned over the next 2 weeks as I eek in some prep for Hospital Hill 10k. Maybe crazy, but signed up for my first ever 10k AND am NOT prepared AND it's the hilly course of HH! I'm really banking on fitness level raised by bootcamps and running done in recent bootcamps. Miles planned Sun, Tue, Thur of the next two weeks. 4,3,2 and 5,3,2 - any of these days work for a run together? These runs are probably too short for you! I'm still a beginner =)

Unfortunately, relapsed stage 4 neuroblastoma does not have a known cure. Braden has had some experimental immunotherapy treatments recently in hopes to extend his life. He's had a lot of chemo this year, but at this point not eligible for more chemo. Keeping HOPE alive, though!
