Miles 1-3 Dry Creek Trail 3-7 The Bluffs 7-11 Lone Tree trails 11-14 Willow Creek Trail 14-21 the road to home. 1st half of the run was great and beautiful and time flew by. Miles 14 and on were boring. I know I'm still not eating enough on my run but the tummy can't quite handle it. I took 3 shot blocks at mile 9 and 1 block at mile 11, 12, 14, 16, and 18. My only mentally tough miles were 17-19. Got a little pep in my step towards the end. That's always a good feeling! Last big run before Colfax!
