I hate when work cuts into my workouts! Short on time, long on quality. This was a tough one. I increased my level on the speed sections today. Good and sweaty!

I'd say sign up for something to give you the motivation to make it happen. If your motivation is to PR every race, then you may be setting yourself up to be disappointed or blame your hectic life for the 'failure' of not having a perfect race. Just some thoughts. I say sign up for something. Slow fun's better than no fun. :-D

Give yourself a few days to sleep on it and think about it while looking out on what's out there. If you see something that's worth looking into, I'd go with it. Of course considering your life schedules too if it's doable. Hang in there my friend.
