8 min warm up with butt kickers, 3 pt squats, double mountain climbers, etc
3 min core - 1 min each roll outs on Val slides, Left and right side planks with 30 sec front and back toe taps and 30 sec hip dips
3 X 50 sec Plyo pushups on BOSU
3 X 50 sec Squat with dumbell overhead press
3 X 50 sec Plank on bench with single arm row
3 X 50 sec Leg curls on exercise ball
3 X 50 sec reverse lunge with KB halo
3 X 50 sec TRX stretching
Big Finish: 30/30/30 - 30 TRX lunges left, 30 TRX lunges right, 30 TRX hip bridges
Emily happened to mention the fastest time of the day and I just had to beat it. I love a good challenge :-)
