Sweet cooler temps for the long run today! Still dragged a bit at the end and a few of us dropped back and ran a little slower the last 2.5 miles. Was supposed to be a 13 mile run but ran a little further to get to the water stop for the turn around. Stomach issues again after the run. I have got to figure out what is causing that. No dairy yesterday and not too much fiber hmmmmm, who knows?
Forgot to start watch after one of the water stops so lost about .2 miles befor i caught it. Splits were 9:06/9:05/9:06/9:00/9:03/9:00/9:10/9:39/9:06/8:55/8:55/9:34/9:40/9:01

Great splits for your 13+ miles, Kelly! What great stamina you have. If i just ran that far, I'd be in bed falling asleep.. and planning my afternoon nap :)

Nice consistent splits! Bummer about the tummy issues. I find if I drink too much during the run, then I have issues.

maybe i am old but omg no way i can function after my long runs LOL... Fantastic job today--- sorry to hear of the tummy troubles :(

Are you drinking a whole lot during your runs? I get super sick to my stomache when I gulp down a lot. Maybe try drinking to thirst( if you don't already do that...)? Regardless, though, great run on a beautiful day! :)
