Hot outside today but nice and cool in the gym!
8 minute warm up with 3 point squats, butt kickers, double mountain climbers, release push ups, etc.
3 min core - 1 min each plank pike in TRX, TRX rollouts, split arm raise roll outs
3 X 50 sec single arm row on BOSU
3 X 50 sec single leg split squat with rear leg on box
3 X 50 sec lat pull downs on functional trainer
3 X 50 sec Overhead medicine ball throws on the rebounder
3 X 50 sec single leg dumbbell dead lifts
3 X 50 sec core pull twist on functional trainer
Big Finish: 30 sec each - stationary bike sprint, crossover jacks, jump rope, atomic push ups, and box step ups
