Ran to the gym and then ran a few miles after the gym. It was a hot 95 degrees when I ran to the gym today. Wanted to run a hard mile to the gym and managed 7:32 but it was HARD. Got to the gym to find out the A/C was out AGAIN!!! Brutal. Gym session ended with a leg matrix that made running a little harder afterward. Only 92 degrees when I left the gym :-). Wanted to run one mile sub 8 after the gym and then slow it down. 7:56/8:21/8:58. Last mile was supposed to be easy but the legs were feeling it! I walked the last quarter mile home. Beat.
