Mile run to the gym and a mile run home. Planned to do more but was pretty spent. Usually I would just force myself but today I just cut myself some slack. My mileage isn't as high this week but I also haven't taken a rest day so just two today and that's it. 7:40 to the gym and 7:55 home. It was getting toasty out and if I did any more I'm sure my pace would have dropped dramatically.
