Mile run to the gym and a mile run home. Planned to do more but was pretty spent. Usually I would just force myself but today I just cut myself some slack. My mileage isn't as high this week but I also haven't taken a rest day so just two today and that's it. 7:40 to the gym and 7:55 home. It was getting toasty out and if I did any more I'm sure my pace would have dropped dramatically.


By dropping dramatically, you mean to 8:15 or so? ;) Nice running, Kelly!

@Michael, no, probably 9:45 or 10. It took all my muster today to keep up that pace for those two short miles.
