So I have been following too many of you doing this challenge and I decided to finally cave and participate In a modified way. I will do the 60 sec plank, 60 sec wall sit, and 60 sec side plank (X2) but I am not committing to 60 consecutive days. I will do this 60 times over the next few months. I know, I know, slacker....but I know what I can commit to and 60 consecutive days just ain't it. Session #1 DONE.
