Modified Sexy 60/60/60/60 #1
So I have been following too many of you doing this challenge and I decided to finally cave and participate In a modified way. I will do the 60 sec plank, 60 sec wall sit, and 60 sec side plank (X2) but I am not committing to 60 consecutive days. I will do this 60 times over the next few months. I know, I know, slacker....but I know what I can commit to and 60 consecutive days just ain't it. Session #1 DONE.

@Amber, the original challenge was 60 sec wall sit and 60 sec plank for 60 consecutive days. Somewhere along the line they added 60 sec side plank on each side as well. And when it starts getting easier, you start lifting one leg on the planks. Apparently we will all be very sexy after doing this! :-) I'm not sure where to find the actual challenge, I just decided to do my version of it (non-consecutively :-)

@Amber. 1 x 60 second plank and 1 x 60 second wall sit for 60 consecutive days = 60/60/60 Challenge. Add in 1 x 60 second right side plank and 1 x 60 second left side plank and it becomes the Sexy 60/60/60 challenge. Join us :)

Oh, I'm going to do this too... but I think 60 in 90 (by Labor Day) instead.
May have to work up to 60 sec. on my side planks :)
