    1.2 mi warm up before my training session with Paula this morning. Some of the exercises were really tough today. V ups with ankle weights and a weight in my hands suck. As do single leg squats.

      Nice move running indoors. You will have enough cold weather to deal with, no need to rush into it. Bet you were glad you were at the gym with a bathroom nearby! Oh, the joys of running.

      I find it a bit refreshing to see the difference in how each person handles the same workout. It reminds me that each one of us has things we excel in and things that cause of difficulties. Nice workout!
