      THANK YOU for being there with that sign. When I saw it I was at a down moment, and it really caught my attention. I gave you a "go Irish!" I really appreciated it in that moment.

      A huge CONGRATS on yesterday's marathon David! So glad you saw the sign and that it gave you a little pep. That stretch near 22-23 really sucks so we tried our hardest to give it a little life. GO IRISH!

    Met Allison at 5:40am to get some miles in before heading to South bend for the ND-Stanford game - GO IRISH! Cold, dark and wet but luckily it was dry for the run.
