      Thanks Jeremy. I do watch a show and while it is distracting, my body is just dragging. Paces that used to be easy long run paces just feel hard these days even for a few miles and I just want to stop. Outside I just run how I feel without pressure but on the mill I am constantly aware of my speed/pace.

      I know what you mean. I think we naturally fluctuate our paces in the real world but on a treadmill we have to manually adjust it.

      Running on the treadmill is so hard, like I can never tell what speed my legs want to go half the time I'm bumping into the front then I speed it up to much and it's just a yo-yo. If you were running outside I'm sure you'd feel much better :) Here's hoping we can all get outside for some good miles this weekend!!!!
