I did this program last summer. It was amazing. There were moments that I thought I was going to die. There where even days when there where tears. When I hung up my running shoes for the winter I was running 4 miles without stopping. Now I'm building running back into my outdoor workout and I can do 2 miles. Hang onto the program and it will be good to you! Welcome to DM!

Ran Day 3 of Week to of C25K and actually like running for the first time!

  12. Day 1 of Week 2. Longer runner with shorter walking time. Love the first mile. Have to teach myself to pace it instead if starting strong and dying at 1.3 mile mark
