Great day for a long run! Enjoyed running 15 with Louis S. Erin was up ahead. She PR'ed and BQ'ed. Louis PR'ed as well.

My goals were to not walk, to beat my 2010 time (4:41:14) and to hopefully break 4:00:00. Accomplished all three! Felt pretty good all race. Sore now of course.

Just amazing crowds. Andrea- great seeing you up near mile 8.
