  3. Weighed myself since I started Insanity, I can't believe I have lost 5 lbs in a week and a half. Plus I am getting through the workouts a little better now that I started. :)

      I've read that it's best to run before you strength train. Running on muscles taxed from strength training may increase your chance of a running injury, plus it's always a good idea to warm up before you do strength work.
