Weighed myself since I started Insanity, I can't believe I have lost 5 lbs in a week and a half. Plus I am getting through the workouts a little better now that I started. :)

It went good, It was Pure Cardio Day. I was a little sore so it was hard to keep up. I made it through though

Another side note: I just realized I stopped doing the 60/60/60 challenge after I hurt my knee, So I think I might have to start it up again. Day 1 Starts tonight after work
