    Slow short run on the hottest day in 2 weeks after working a 94 hour week. Not sure what else I could expect! At one point I would swear I was sleep walking.

    Didn't feel so well starting out since the 2 liters worth of fluid I drank after my run was still sitting in my GI tract, but once it hit my system I was a much happier camper!
