    Back to tracking on here but ignoring time for a while. Focusing on time while I'm struggling with the temps and lack of speed just wasn't working. MUCH better run without the garmin!

    I melted but this was a slight improvement from my other 90 degree runs. I should just leave the garmin at home during this weather. My pace is way too depressing.
