    First run in a month. 28 degrees out. Still a really good time for me!

    Slloowwww and pathetic by normal standards, but great for me! Did not know I could jog this far!

      Nice job. Fun race isn't it? I remember 2 years ago when I ran the 5k part of B2B thinking there was no way I could run a 10k....well two 10k's and two 1/2's later I proved myself wrong...:0)

    Was supposed to take 2 weeks off per doctor's orders. Took 1 week off and taking it slow.

    40 minutes of intervals. 4 minutes SLOW, then 45 seconds fast(er). Loved it! Never stopped to walk.
