Miracle League 5k! went pretty well. It was nice to get out there! And I got to meet an Olympian- Dawn Harper, Silver medalist in London and Bronze in Beijing in the 100m Hurdles.

I think tomorrow is going to be a long run kind of day. Maybe possibly 6 miles? I haven't gone that far past 5 miles, but tomorrows a new day :)

No more soda, one treat a week, portion control!, eating more slowly; what other small things do you suggest to help lose weight? (I know these are simple things, but I find the simplest things help)
