    Miracle League 5k! went pretty well. It was nice to get out there! And I got to meet an Olympian- Dawn Harper, Silver medalist in London and Bronze in Beijing in the 100m Hurdles.

    Its not even worth giving a time because I walked most of this - just wanted to warm the legs up for tomorrow's race!

  5. After three days off I am excited to run tomorrow! (A lot of work and craziness) Still counting down to Saturday!! 5k number 3!

  6. One more week until my race (its been four months since my last race)! That following week I start training for HALF MARATHON!!!! I haven't signed up yet (funds), but soon!!!

  8. I think tomorrow is going to be a long run kind of day. Maybe possibly 6 miles? I haven't gone that far past 5 miles, but tomorrows a new day :)

  16. No more soda, one treat a week, portion control!, eating more slowly; what other small things do you suggest to help lose weight? (I know these are simple things, but I find the simplest things help)
