So, I started out slow and worked up to a slow jog of 4.3 I jogged for 20 minutes (initial goal was was 10) then I went back to walking at 3.3 and then I realised that I had forgot the incline and put it on 2.0 for the last 23 minutes.


nice workout! way to kick the inclines ass on the treadmill too. :D
