FIRST UNASSISTED PULLUPS!
did my very first unassisted kipping pullups today! thought i'd give 'em a try after the work and and lo and behold: i can pull myself up on my own suddenly. hooray for me!
wod: 15min AMRAP: 2 push press (55#), 10 situps, 15 squats. did 17 rounds.
