    A little chest and a little arms... time to get back on it.

    good Oh man how i missed those big... 8 mi 27:00 0.3mph pace

    Definitely feels great to hop back on the bike. legs were pumped and butt was a little sore but all is well. Can't wait for the next session. =)

    Went well. Not use to being up at 530 doing a cross fit workout. 30 sec running knee raises, followed by 15 reps of burpees, followed by 30 sec mountain climbers. 3 rounds total.

      Oh wow. Nice work out, Kellen. It would take a bunch of water to get me out of bed that early to do a workout but I would love to try something like this in the evening workouts. Thanks for sharing.

    Did a crossfit exercise for about 9 minutes. Amazes me how much of a burn you get in such a short amount of time. I love crossfit

    Went well, ran with the Jeff for the first lap, but then he decided to leave and decided to run another one. Need to get my body use to doing this. =D

      haha yeah, so busy that that was the only time i was able to go, and it had already been 2 days that i haven't been to the gym so i had to go. haha
