WU, 3x400 sprints, burpees, dumbbell thrusters & butterfly sit ups. The only part I liked was the run part. Then again, I may be biased.

Loved it! Challenging myself to do yoga 3 times a week for the next 8 weeks. The challenge lies more in carving out the time to do it! The demands of school can make it so damn difficult.
