Awesome run in the rain this morning. Still a bit gimpy, but active recovery is the best recovery for this one. Ice baths are saving me right now!

An easy mile with Clark the labradoodle or however you spell it. Hip is complaining and ankle is whining. But I'm being positive...they are healing. : ) gym tonight.

I had planned to go longer, but it was hot and I was dumb and forgot to stash water at one of the road crossing. The more thirsty I get the bigger the hills get...like they are mocking me. :)
