    3 Miles with the labradoodle this morning and another 2 miles on the trail before heading to the gym this afternoon.

    Awesome run in the rain this morning. Still a bit gimpy, but active recovery is the best recovery for this one. Ice baths are saving me right now!

    I had planned to go longer, but it was hot and I was dumb and forgot to stash water at one of the road crossing. The more thirsty I get the bigger the hills get...like they are mocking me. :)

      They are get I have run 20 miles total so far and I'm in love! Very minimalist though. Only 6 oz each!
