      Being side by side on treadmills is like when people pace you on the road-no matter how fast you go, you just can't get rid of them. Way to pass them though!

    I decided to try the Alpine Pass Program on treadmill to try somehting new, it provided a nice challenging course with varying the incline from 0 to 8 and varying speed from 6.0 to 9.0
