    Ran well within myself. It's getting easier to talk myself into going for a run. I think I'm enjoying the runs a bit more. Hope I can keep it going.

    First time on the bike for a few months. On the road just after 5am to avoid the traffic. Quite a nice morning but bitterly cold. Took it nice and easy but still feeling very tired.
