    Horse Capital Marathon. Great event, went to fast on the first loop and suffred on the second, but got the sub 4 that I was looking for.

    Trial run to test the knee. Wasn't planning on running but decided to give it a go. Got thru 10k, but didn’t feel great, but better than not running.

      Probably some over use has caused some swelling in my left knee. Hadn't been a problem for running until recently, would only be an issue afterwards, walking etc. But now it has progressed and tried running last Wednesday and had to stop. Yesterdays run was ok. Today my knee cap keeps locking up on me. Have more physio on Thursday. Marathon on Saturday!!
