    Good run at the Marden half marathon, near Guelph. 20th overall and 3rd in my age (and that was over 40 age group, not over 50). Tough hilly course.

    Really good run after the 40k yesterday. Cold and windy, but felt very good. First time I've had my hydration pack tube freeze on me, and only 5k in!

    Good long slow run in the Palgrave area with Scott, Mary Lou, Maryka and Kelly. A little sore at the end, but it was nice to run somewhere different.
