    Again not a great run. Was looking to run in the heat which was no problem, but the flute was extremely painful again. Hopefully a weeks rest will help.

    Lousy run, I was tired when I got up and struggled to find a grove. Got better for a while then crahsed and had to get Joan to pick me up. Just one of those days.

    Good first day at WS100 on the toughest part of the course. Through the canyons. Some long climbs, which I blew away, and some even longer descents, which I struggled with.
