    Harricana race in Quebec, was supposed to do the 50 mile race but cut it back to 65k. Need to conserve for the Bear in 2 weeks. Some muscle issues too.

    Good run until 19k when my hammy went on me. Would have won my age group, but had to walk the last 2k.
