    Walk to Carson rd, etc. everything felt good. A bit of tightness in the calf on the uphills, but otherwise good.

    Tough mountain bike ride on the rail trail to Orillia and back with Creig. Probably just what I needed. Quads are suitably trashed, lots hurts except for the usual stuff. So that is progress.
