RUN
good Victoria Park 10km 6.11 mi 00:47 07:40 pace
Went up to the park in a nice big(ish) group. Duncan was trying to get me back in under 46 mins but my legs/lungs/heart couldn't handle it. Anyway - good way of shaking off the sins of Xmas.

For some reason I thought it would be a great idea to go for a second run. Went ok but concluded it wasn't the best thing to have done.

Not much time to go out for a run but went anyway. Bumped into Joyce and Emma so decided to pootle along with them. Nice and relaxing and was time away from the chaos of the office well spent.

That's a nice urban run!
