Great race report! I could feel your emotions as you ran past your familiar locales, seeing family and friends and hearing the swell of the crowds. London marathon sounds like an incredible one to run. Unfornately I also felt your pain (flashback for me) as you developed the leg cramps. I know how disheartening that can be. Great job perservering through the pain and finished strong by running the last 1.2!

Keith, good report and well done !
I like to think the homemade blackcurrant jam helped keep you going and didn't cause the cramps.

I don't think I could ever run a marathon, maybe just be able to walk it...

I wish I could see different things whilst doing my swimathon, instead of water and tiles.

I will also miss not having any support as Helen is too busy and ill to come along and support me :-( But stopping and hugging somebody is not really feasible anyway ;-)
