good Kingsland, TX: The Loop 15.15 mi 02:03 08:08 pace

Since I'll be driving back when the Tulsa Run is taking place, good luck to those running the race tomorrow, I decided I'd do 15 miles at marathon pace. After the first mile I was sub-rac... read more

  2. RUN
    good Kingsland, TX: 5mi@Tempo 8.88 mi 01:10 07:54 pace

Nothing like doing a tempo run with hills. Took a break a little after mile 7; had a bit of 'lead legs', but I was able to continue on. Another great morning to run. A good run overall.

  3. RUN
good Kingsland, TX 8.66 mi 01:12 08:21 pace

Did a bridge to bridge run. Well, in a roundabout way. I ran over a bridge that crosses the Colorado River and then a bridge that crosses the Llano River, but it wasn't in a straight shot. The... read more

  4. RUN
    good Kingsland, TX: 5mi@Tempo 7.16 mi 00:56 07:51 pace

I got somewhat lost, but it worked out. I forgot how hilly it is here. They're not big ones, but more like the rolling kind in midtown Tulsa. That's cool though. Good training grounds. Si... read more

  5. RUN
good Round Rock, TX: Dad's Hood 9.46 mi 01:17 08:10 pace

Well hello humidity again. Didn't seem to bother me though. I was just a sopping mess at the end of the run, but I’m still accustomed to that.

  6. RUN
    good FFKP - M1: LSD 20.14 mi 02:56 08:44 pace

A good hilly run. Felt good throughout.

  7. RUN
    good North/NortheastHood: 8x1min H... 9.26 mi 01:18 08:26 pace

Flipped the schedule, cause I'll be in TX next week and there's not any good hills close around where I'll be running. So I did the hill repeats this week and I'll do the tempo ... read more

  8. RUN
    great SouthHood 6.49 mi 00:53 08:12 pace

Oh yeah, I've been waiting for an afternoon like this. Great weather. So nice not to be a sopping mess after the run.

  9. RUN
good TU Track: Speed Work 1.78 mi 00:10:53 06:07 pace

    4x300m (1:12, 1:09, 1:10, 1:08), 400m jog (1:58), 4x300m (1:05, 1:07, 1:06, 1:03) w/ 100m recovs. A nice short workout. Felt good throughout.

  10. RUN
    good THD/State Farm/Corp. Woods 8.25 mi 01:09 08:22 pace

No sleeping in today; had to get my run in early so I could watch the Chicago Marathon. It was cool running in the darkness. There was a bit a drizzle falling at the later part of the run; it felt ... read more

  11. RUN
    great FFKP - M1: Marathon pace 12.44 mi 01:43 08:19 pace

A very good run. It was a cool rain, but rain runs are always fun.

  12. RUN
    good NorthHood: 4mi@Tempo 6.31 mi 00:50 07:55 pace

Able to knock out the tempo (7:45, 7:43, 7:32, 7:47) and keep on going; no breaks on this run. Did better than I though I was going to do. Tired from only 4hrs of sleep; another gig night last night.

  13. RUN
    good SouthHood 6.49 mi 00:55 08:28 pace

The cirrus clouds saves the day again. I was able to run the route without stopping. Humidity was kinda thick; back to being a sopping mess after the run.

  14. RUN
good TU Track: Speed Work 2.52 mi 00:16 06:24 pace

1600 (6:55), 800 (3:25), 4x400 (1:30, 1:30, 1:29, 1:22). A good workout. Of course today is the hottest day of week. The cirrus clouds dampened the sun a bit. It was hot, but it didn't feel as... read more
