    Today's goal was just to run the whole run without any walk breaks. There were a few times I really wanted to, but mission accomplished. Drank almost all 20oz of water during the run.

    2x800 (3:30, 3:28), 6x400 (1:41, 1:38, 1:36, 1:37, 1:36, 1:32). We were supposed to do 1x1200, 2x800, 4x400, but didn't due to the heat. We took many water breaks, so it wasn't that bad.

    I planned on 6 mile, but my body wasn't havin' it. I felt like I was melting. Had to take 2 breaks. I was well hydrated and had plenty of hydration with me, but just had no energy.
