  1. RUN
    good NorthHood 8.23 mi 01:09 08:22 pace

Gotta love the low humidity. Didn't run Sunday. Dad was in town and I got to sleep a little late on Sat. night, so I just slept in. Felt good today. A negative split run.

  2. RUN
    alright Bedlam Run 10K 6.35 mi 00:54 08:29 pace

I wasn't racing this race. I was just trying to survive. Ran the first half at about an 8:30ish pace thinking I could crank it up the second half, but that was not to be. The humidity killed m... read more

  3. RUN
alright NorthHoods: 6x30sec Hill Repeats 6.21 mi 00:56 08:59 pace

Brutal! I was able to do 2min recoveries for the first 3 repeats. The last 3 repeats the recoveries were longer with walk breaks, and a couple of walk breaks on the c/d, but I got 'er done.

A great light rain run. I got back from work as fast as possible to get out there. A nice reprieve from the heat.

  5. RUN
good TU Track: Speed Work 2.27 mi 00:15 06:43 pace

400, 800, 1200, 800, 400. Heck of a day to go up and down the ladder. The heat/humidity was an arse kicker. I was spent, and totally soaked afterwards.

  6. RUN
    good THC/State Farm/Corp. Woods 8.22 mi 01:08 08:19 pace

    A beautiful Sunday morning run.

    great FFBD - M1: LSD 10.23 mi 01:29 08:42 pace

I'm callin' the group just M1 since it seems that M1B and M1A will be joining forces throughout the session. I'm hip to dat. We didn't follow the route. We started the route bac... read more

Can't believe this weather; an oasis in Summer. Light rain began to fall around mile 4. It felt good.

  10. RUN

    1x1200 (6:47), 3x800 (6:45, 6:43, 6:45). Ran with 4A. Felt like I could have done another 800. Great weather.

  11. RUN
    good Corp. Woods/State Farm/THD 8.25 mi 01:11 08:36 pace

Much better today. Ran my usual Sunday route backwards; nice variation. I ran by feel, and I actually did a small progression; cool.

  12. RUN
    good FFKP: M1B 8.02 mi 01:09 08:35 pace

M1A joined us for the run. A good group; many familiar faces. A decent run, but I wasn't at my best. Had a gig last night. Sometimes playing a gig at night and running in the morning doesn... read more

What a difference a day makes. Felt great. Some nice on and off light rain showers. I'll take this weather any day during the summertime. So nice to get rain in July.

Started out to fast. Still forget sometimes that the heat will kick thy arse. Thou shall remember this tomorrow.
