    Up and down Pine Island 3.01 mi 00:30 10:07 pace

    3/4 mile uphill to start, and then another rolling hill to the turn, and then back...the only positive thing about having to start a run with a 3/4 mile uphill is that 3/4 mile downhill to finish!!

    Very humid before 8 am. Refreshing change to running the track at the Y in the morning.

    I was pretty sore and tired from 2 hours or racquetball last night, so I warmed up with a real easy mile; then pushed for a mile, and cooled back down for the last 1.11 miles.

      I can't help it that you belong to that high faluting club up in Rockford, while I slum it down at the Y. It was challenge court...Mondays and Thursdays. Just let me know when you want to come down and play :)

      I like them so far. I've only run in them twice. I tried the Sir Isaacs a couple of years ago, but I was too fat and they didn't have enough cushion for my big old feet. I'm trying hard to learn to land mid-foot, and these can only help my learning process.

    I waited for the rain to pass, and it was beautiful out. I worked all day, and I'm riding my motorcycle to Hell tomorrow, so I had to get the run in tonight.
