A new run led by Gwyn who led us up some steep steps by a church then through Tettenhall down the Holloway which was nice for a change but what goes down must go up and we then went up finchfield hill towards Bantock park zig zagging the streets through Compton and back up the hill to the club. I took it nice and easy at the beginning, but then let my self go and followed Andy who was running really strong after yesterdays 10k a fast finish up the hill took care of anyone trying to follow the Terminator :-)

    I know that route very well- I had a pound for every time I've run up the steps by the church, Finchfield Hill and the Holloway. good pace too Kees.
