Easy 10k around the neighborhood near Santee Lakes. A little faster than 8:15 on average. That's a hard pace for me to bullseye.

    That's a great pace for an easy run Keath. Nice job. One day somebody will have to create a cruise control for runners so we can dial in more accurately our desired pace. I suppose some might argue that's called a treadmill.

    I'm working on my master plan to combine GPS watches with RC cars and create a "pace master" that can be programed with a route, leading you along the way at your desired pace. Ideally shaped like a cute puppy that yaps at you if you're falling behind or getting ahead. Challenge is preventing FidoBot© from running out in to traffic at an intersection and getting run over.
