Or something. Whatever. Another easy run around the farms and schools and such. Trying to keep the pace slow and easy, but I keep either overshooting it and going "too slow" or picking it up and doing sub-8s again. I blame the President's Fitness Challenge for subliminally making me feel lazy if I go slower than 8. I'll get it eventually.

A little late this morning because I really didn't want to leave my pillow all alone, but I eventually did (poor pillow) and can call it a morning run. I need to remember that - no matter how awesome another half hour of sleep seems at the time, I always feel a hundred times better once I'm up, out, and moving. (Unless I'm honestly sick.) I need to replace my alarm with a vicious elf that reminds me of that, then starts poking me with a stick, and gnaws on my ear if I'm not up and moving within, say, seven minutes.

    Looks like a nice 8, Keath, hope your pillow wasn't too traumatized! Let me know how that elf clock thing works out. I could use one of those so I don't have to set my alarm 45 minutes early to have time to hit the snooze 5 times.
