Didn't keep track of exact reps or weights, but I did some bench presses, bicep curls, and those weird bird wing flying things.

great Santee 10k 6.2 mi 00:48 07:41 pace
Slept late and got started late, but was able to take a 10k break while waiting for work stuff to download. Same loop as Tuesday. Good times. I still want to spend the day sleeping though.

Sleep.... phsssshhhh! I would like to spend the day running though! Way to get it done while working! That is serious multi-tasking!

great Santee 10k 6.22 mi 00:49 07:55 pace
Easy 10k around the neighborhood near Santee Lakes. A little faster than 8:15 on average. That's a hard pace for me to bullseye.

One of the tragedies of living north is the lack of good avocados. I think you should have some more guacamole to balance our deprivation up here.

I shoot for 150-200/hr to ensure I don't bonk. So far- it's worked. There are whole studies on how much fluid a body can absorb while running. I think about 15-20oz an hour is the limit, depending on your body.

This came at a highly amusing time, as C just steamed our beans and grains, blended our root veggie mash, and simmered up our kale, but we haven't eaten any of it yet. That accounts for most of the tupperware. One of the olive jars is actually adobo. The plastic bag i the door is grapes. The dark shadow in the back of the second shelf is a red cabbage yet to be shredded. And everything else is exactly what it looks like.
