Yes, I tried a new running technique to keep pressure off my ankle & knee towards the end - it definitely helped. Listened to some new music beats too and just tried to enjoy the run. At one point, I even surprised Kathy and took the lead for a bit. :-) Very tired today but guess I should run anyway. Good luck on your run and thank you for the support.
