    after my sprints I hit em HARD. Did a heavy weight interval (squats, deadlifts, lunged) then plyo interval, then weight machines! Just call me epileptic leg as I try to walk out of the gym, lol.

    Walked a mile, did some incline, some sprints, slow miles, etc. Followed it up with legs and elliptical..

    1.5 mi walk, then 2 min Sprint: 1 min walk intervals... Walked for a cool down before some upper body weights

    After an hour combat class and 2 mi walk.. just to see how much I had left. Finished my workout with some dead lifts, rows, and stretching

    5 min warm up walk. Did a random total body weight circuit with dead lifts, squats, rows, tris, and back. Feeling great!!

      Wtg on thath TM Kacy, fast pace. Oh come on!! lol, running outdoors wasn't all that bad once ya get warmed up. just rember that brutal heatwave last Summer, and you'll appreciate this cold more, :).

      Sorry, Kacy. Have you tried glucosamine and chondroitin? Takes about 30 days to kick in, but it sure took care of my shoulder pain!
