    I've noticed that your lunchtime run pace is always much better than your other two runs (to work and from work). Why is that? Great pace, Kazuki. :o)

    My lunchtime or midday runs are always better than my morning runs too. Think that it has something to do with your body being warmed up rather than just freshly awake. What is your race this weekend?

    @Cynara: To work and from work, I ran with my backpack. Lunchtime run is free from my luggage.

    ahhhhh, now I get it. You're right, running with a backpack is harder to get a fast run. Thanks for the explanation. :o)

    @Cinda: My race this weekend is Arakawa Marathon held in Tokyo, Japan. It is one of the most popular marathons in Japan especially before Tokyo Marathon.
