Kawadu Sakura, a kind of early blooming cherry blossoms, by the river path where I run everyday. The photo was taken on Mar.13th.

  5. goodLunchtime run 3.5 km / 00:16 07:20 pace

Ran with my friend at a speakable pace and kept chatting with each other till the end. His interests was mainly in our home education. He has younger children than ours.

Sometimes those runs are the best and time flies by so quickly. I admit that I don't like talking too much during my runs...

How nice to run with a friend! Like Leo and Aristidis, I wouldn't be able to hold a speakable conversation at that pace like you can, though :-) Nice run, Kazuki!

  7. goodRun back home from work 6 km / 00:35 09:23 pace

Today is a "no overtime work day" from our company. So I enjoyed a dusk run.

It's awesome that everyday you can put a lot of Km on your daily runs, Kazuki. Splitting your runs into 3 is a great way not to force your lower body and stay healthy. :o)

At rather slower pace for conditioning for the marathon on Sunday.

    • Wei Yuet W. Wei Yuet W.

Your slower pace is faster than my fast pace... Haha... Hope preparation for the marathon is going well.

ahhhhh, now I get it. You're right, running with a backpack is harder to get a fast run. Thanks for the explanation. :o)
