    couldn't finish the last 200's but got everything else in. But felt alright till i got to my 3-4 200.

    felt fine so I decided to rub felt five till the commander dude started talking but when I was running I focused on something else. After I finally finished I thought I was going to die.

    my heels were starting to hurt again, and my calves. Extremely sore from yesterday's workout and lifting.

      stretch those calves! I'll show you some stretching you can do on stairs. Actually, I posted a video of it on the Team part of our site. Heels and calves hurting means sore achilles. Check out the video. the eccentric stretch rocks.
