The route was full of rolling hills. So tough but rewarding to cruise down the other side. The weather was perfect. cool, overcast. Felt great! longest run outside since last summer!

I ran for about 3 miles. Walking for the first minute of each mile, then maintaining about a 9 min/mile pace. After 3 miles, I just walked for the last 20 or so minutes. Such a lovely evening!
