Awesome Katy! As happy as I was to get going early on this run, I was bummed that my group was kind of all alone for a bit. Right as I was going by the Framingham train station there were a bunch of coach buses passing - you might have been on one!! What a great run to wrap up your training. No need to stop at those cross streets three weeks from now! :0) What corral are you in? I'm in 4/4.

Thanks Gina! I'm starting to get really nervous for the big day. I have yet to have an awesome long run this winter. Hoping my next 2 long runs go well.

Not to worry, you don't want to peak too early. :). You've put in the time, and it will pay off.

It's a plan I found a few years ago on a race website that I am using, but I haven't really been sticking to it. I was out of town for a couple weeks, and with this weather it's just been hard to get runs mid-week. I'm hoping to do 14-16-18-14-20 for long runs the next few weeks and then hill runs once a week as well. Just hoping for the best on April 20!

It's definitely been difficult to fit in the running with all the snow! I find that I'm far less motivated when I have to use the treadmill. I'm using Hal Higdon Novice 2 which I used for Philly last year. My long runs coming up are 18, 13, 19, 12, 20, 12... It's always fun to follow someone else's training! Good luck :)
