Thanks guys! Trust me when I say that I never ran up a hill like the one in our neighborhood while living in KY! :) Not that they aren't there, I just never did one.

We use to make that trip every summer to visit my dad's family (except we had to ride in the back of a pick up with with a topper and no air til I was a teen...Kansas was always brutal!) LOL. Just be careful with running/exertion if you go up into the mountains where the air gets really thin, altitude headaches/nausea are worse than migraines (made that mistake in Estes once..never again.)

Great 3+ in the heat---I won't go out in anything over 85 by rule as my body just can't adjust to the temps. Smart move packing it in early. Cangrats on the move to Pittsburgh coming up! One of my good running buddies (who is a real runner) always reminds me that summer is just the time to maintain/survive and that all the other seasons are for improving. Just a reminder when runs are rough. The humidity really does change things!
