      there is a lot of positive in that run! Group runs can be great if they are a nice group. And you have to listen to your body, you still got in 9 miles! Nice job! Be careful with adding in to much extra mileage, listen to your body!

      I know running with good friends really helps me which I am unmotivated to run or in a funk. You can totally do this! Maybe relook at your training plan to see how you can safely train from here on out. I wouldn't try and squeeze in more miles than you planned and risk getting injured. Be smart and find a way to have some fun with it!
