    Not too bad -had my foot taped up so it didn't hurt , but hard to hold back because it felt good just to be on the treadmill again

    Overall okay run...depends on which mile...LOL. My feet still hurt, but it's getting better. Michael and the kids surprised me by driving out to find me to fill up my water bottle! <3

    alright EZ run on treadmill 6 mi 01:00 10:00 pace

    This was supposed to be easy by my legs fatigued easily with any kind of effort. Tried mixing it up with speed bursts and hill surges, which helped a little but .....ugh. At least it's done

    3 x mile repeats. The first mile was easy, second a little harder and thenlastbmile I wasn't sure if my lungs were going to explode or if my stomach was. Good workout!

      Nice work Kat!! What is your program for doing mile repeats on the t-mill? Do you increase your pace each time? I need to do something on the t-mill other than just run...too boring! I need ideas :)

    good 800 repeats

    Used the treadmill at the Y. Started off not wanting to do any of it. By the time I needed to get home I wished I had more time! Love when that happens!

      I need to do speedwork on Thursday - what exactly are 800 repeats? Maybe I'll hop on the treadmill on Thurs AM and give it a try!
