Thanks, everyone. I didn't do anything in particular; woke up one day a few weeks ago, ran, and felt tension behind my knee. Found out yesterday that I have a few tears in tendons around me knee. Was instructed to do nothing--not even walking--but R.I.C.E for 3 days.

Being poorly dressed seems to be the theme of the day for central Kentucky runners. The wind make it sneaky chilly. Great run!

I'm definitely running sometime Thursday morning in Richmond, and trying to get my hubs and bro in law to run too. My pace will be slow, of course.

When I was running on my own I was planning for 3-5 miles. Definitely want to get in at least 3. If the hubs runs tonight, he probably won't tmrw morning, but if he runs in the morning, he has a 40 minute walk/run program that he does. I inboxed you my cell in case I don't get to check this much today. My sister will also probably wanna do about 30-40 minutes of walk/run.
