    Back was hurting this morning so I decided to do some cross training to take the pressure off my lower back. I took the lipty to level 6..burned 530 calories. Not a bad way to start the day.

  12. I ran 109 miles last month. Thats the most I have ever run in one month. I know its because I have found so many great people to run with, but I am always looking for more!

      I'm sorry you were feeling tired today, Katie! Do you feel the run takes it out of you or gives you more energy? Unless you are overdoing it, the run should not zap your energy after you are done. It should boost it. I hope you find the cause. I have gone through sort of lethargic periods like that too. If you see a doc, have them check your thyroid. Keep us posted on how you are feeling!

      thanks all! I would maybe like that jana..thanks. I just do too much. Up late..up early..and everything in between. Running definitely keeps me going and I'm trying to eat more protein. I do think I need to go back on my vitamins. I'm not getting any younger.
