    6x 400 m 86,87,87,86,90,85 2 min rest between each. Deadly, but I feel strong and confident for completing it. 1/2 mile warm up, 1 mile cooldown= 3 miles total

      lol not to brag or anything, but I cut the stairs short today cause my music died and I was going all out for those 15 mins. I usually go for at least 25 :)
