      Must be nice living in PV and literally running into your running buddies. The only people I ever run into regularly along my routes are homeless people, doormen, and cab drivers. They all know my name and Recon's name and call us fast, though, so they're awesome in my book. Great great run this morning!

      Susie, all I could think was "do as I say, not as I do!" Elizabeth, I probably shouldnt run at lunch becasue I sweat a lot, definitely had visible sweat in my hair. Thats professional, right? :)

      If anyone complains, just tell them you're doing it to help the group health insurance rates stay low. That's how I justify wrinkling my nose at all the smokers in MY office. :)
