    Run after bike. This was tough for me today-I think I dehydrated myself during the bike ride and felt awful on the run. I have had a headache most of the day and am still pounding water.

    Swim after Interval Training class. It was arm day in my Interval Training class so my arms were sore and it made for a slower swim! That's what I get for kicking my class' butt!!
